Overview
What this product does
CellGuard™ monitors up to 256 cells — sixteen CellStack™ modules — with ±5 mV voltage accuracy and continuous current, insulation and temperature supervision. Active balancing at 2 A moves energy between cells instead of burning it off as heat, which is what keeps a string usable to its full rated cycle life.
Integration is deliberately open. CAN 2.0B, RS485 and Modbus RTU/TCP expose every measurement to the inverter, the site controller or the SCADA system, with dry contacts and a relay output for hard-wired shutdown. Twelve months of on-board logging is stored locally for warranty analysis.
